Partnership with IBM

BasQ and IBM: pioneering the future of Quantum Technologies in the Basque Country

BasQ and IBM strategic partnership aims to accelerate the adoption and development of quantum computing within scientific, academic, industrial and societal domains.

The IBM-Euskadi Quantum Computational Center provides access to IBM's most advanced quantum systems, including a state-of-the-art quantum computer that will be installed in Donostia in 2025.

This will be the sixth quantum supercomputer in IBM's global network, joining others already operating in the United States, Germany, Japan, Canada, and South Korea.
